As an addition to the write up on our ride on Thurdsday 02 Jul, I just wanted to add the video af Andy and Bish jumping - not becuase it is the biggest that they have ever done, nor the most spectacular - what was amusing was the competitive streak in both about whose rear tyre made the furthest-out-from-the take-off mark... with some beer on the result, as I remember. (Having said that, I was the only one not to buy a beer when we got to the Plough - perhaps that was a competition too...) Well, judicious use of the pause button may well give the answer..... one thing is for sure - Andy's recent tussles with wild bracken give some cause for concern for the Wales trip - if I remember rightly, Wales is teeming with the stuff. We may have to send the slowsters first to try to clear any dangerous looking fronds, lest he be attacked again....
